Black women have played pivotal roles in voter mobilization and voter turnout for years. As they are a powerful force in the American political system, I directed, produced and conceptualized this call-to-action highlighting powerful Black women in Milwaukee and their messages to other Black women voters.
As a single mom, Haley is worried about what it would mean for her to live in a country run by anti-abortion policies. She wants the right to make her own health decisions.
We documented the 2020 Presidential election on the ground in Wisconsin to show the real people impacted by making sure that every vote is counted.
Chloe was denied an abortion in Phoenix the day after Roe V. Wade was overturned. She then goes on to share what it means for women’s rights and abortion access to have Harris leading the ticket.
We must meet voters where they are, use language that resonates with them, and center the issues that matter most to them.

The Miles to the Horizon initiative featured a geo-targeted social media campaign featuring local Bronzeville community voices to promote the benefits of cancer screening. This neighborhood-focused collaboration with Genentech was centered in Bronzeville, a historically Black area with an average life expectancy lower than that of the wealthier neighborhoods to the north.
For Bank of America, I produced a doc-style video highlighting Black business owners. It’s not uncommon for Small Business owners, like Tempestt Young, to need mentorship, capital, and access to market. That’s why, at Bank of America, we offer resources and programs to make sure female entrepreneurs feel supported and empowered to run their small businesses.
